The mansion nicknamed Madanlar stands in a large garden in the Hızırfakı neighbourhood. Fully reflecting Mudurnu's regional vernacular architecture, the three-storey mansion features the wooden ceiling motif characteristic of Mudurnu houses, a bay window, divans in the hall areas, and rooms opening onto the halls. The halls have the flower niches that are a distinctive element of Mudurnu's interior architecture, while the rooms feature divans by the windows, wooden cupboards and a hearth.
