Editor's Note
It was built between 1846 and 1870, during the tenure of Konstantinos, Metropolitan of Bursa, in the village then called Misebolu and now known as Aydinpinar. It was repaired in 1901. With the population exchange, it was converted into a mosque in 1922. For many years the bell tower served as the mosque's minaret; then, between 1952 and 1956, the bell tower was demolished and a minaret added. It was abandoned after 1980 and is today in a neglected and dilapidated condition.
