It stands in the garden of the secondary school at the entrance to Golyazi. The building, whose date of construction and builder are unknown, is a windmill with a cylindrical body, built of stacked stone and adobe. The mill, which was used for a time as a coal store, had a five-spout fountain built against its south facade in 2005. It was repaired by the Nilufer Municipality in 2015. Using wooden parts prepared by the Samsun windmill craftsman Orhan Sanaroglu, the mill was restored to its original working order.
