Editor's Note
It lies within the boundaries of Pasaciftlik neighborhood in the Gonen district of Balikesir province. Built of cut and rubble stone with two round-arched spans on three piers, the bridge has since had a reinforced-concrete deck added on top. Thought to date from the Ottoman period, it bears no inscription or decorative elements. By decision no. 2675 of 23 March 2021, the Balikesir Regional Directorate for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage registered it as a Cultural Property Requiring Protection (Group 1).
