Editor's Note
It lies within the Narli neighborhood of the Erdek district of Balikesir province. Built in 1950, the mosque was constructed adjoining the Church of Saint Demetrios. It has a rectangular plan, masonry walls, and a hipped roof covered with Marseille tiles. From inside, the mosque's ceiling appears as a central dome with two smaller domes each on the north and south sides. The columns and domes supporting the mosque's roof are clad in tilework. It was registered by the Balikesir Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage under decision no. 285 dated 22.03.2018.
