It lies within the village of Derekoy in the Lapseki district of Canakkale province. In the southern part of the area, grave structures made with amorphous headstones, framed graves, and two dated gravestones have been identified. One of the stones with a legible date reads "the late Muhammed/Mehmed Aga ... Ali ... 1248," while another headstone with a pointed crest reads "Alas, from death: I had come to the religion of this world, I had attained a wish; wife of Poliden(?) Sadik Efendi, Fatima daughter of ..., a fatiha for her soul, the year 1285."
