This fountain lies within the boundaries of Umurbey village, in the town of Lapseki, Çanakkale province. It is a cut-stone fountain with a marble inscription. According to its inscription, it was commissioned by Halil Ağa in AH 1181 (1767/1768 AD) as a gift dedicated to the soul of his wife Rukiye Hatun. The fountain now stands embedded within a wall. It was registered as a first-grade cultural asset requiring protection by the Çanakkale Regional Conservation Directorate by decision no. 11599, dated 2 October 2025.
