This site lies at the Evkaya locality within the boundaries of Belen village, in the central district of Çanakkale province. On the southwestern side of the hill are fortification walls, built partly in Cyclopean masonry and partly in rubble stone. Inside the wall are stone foundations belonging to various buildings. A small number of Eastern Roman period roof tiles have also been found. On the eastern side of the hill is an ancient quarry where the block stones used in the settlement were cut. One of the typical fortified settlements of the Troad region, the site has a dry-stone wall like the other examples in the area.
