This cemetery lies within the boundaries of Ilgardere village, in the Gelibolu district of Çanakkale province. Because the village is one of the region's Early Turkish settlements, the cemetery contains early amorphous marble and stone gravestones alongside grave finials dating to the Ottoman period. The Vuslan Dede tomb stands to the east of the cemetery. The oldest dated gravestone identified here bears a 17th-century date, and burials appear to have continued at the cemetery into the 20th century.
