In the area of the Şahindere Martyrs' Cemetery, in the wooded zone to the southwest of the cemetery, lies a single martyr behind an iron railing with a gravestone. The grave inscription reads: '18 September 1915. The Young and Glorious Martyr of the Homeland, Second Lieutenant Mustafa Efendi (son of) Ali Şadi Efendi, 10th Company, 30th Regiment. A Fatiha for his soul.' Mustafa Efendi is known to have fallen at the Alçıtepe front.
