It is located in the Topçuoğlu neighbourhood of the Gürcükapı district. According to the inscription on its minaret, the mosque was built in 1715 by Topçuoğlu Abdullah ibn Ebubekir. It is of the wood-supported, flat-ceilinged mosque type. The square central area of the mosque is supported by four wooden columns. The upper covering of the mosque is wooden. There are two windows each on the north, east and west facades and five on the south facade. The portico has now been enclosed and has lost its original character. The gallery adjoins the mosque's northern wall and rests on wooden columns.
