Plakia Antik Limanı is a ancient site in Karacabey, Bursa; In our surveys along the Marmara coast at the northern wall of Kurşunlu Monastery, we found a pile of irregular stones extending into the sea just east of the modern stones running from land toward the water.

In our surveys along the Marmara coast at the northern wall of Kurşunlu Monastery, we found a pile of irregular stones extending into the sea just east of the modern stones running from land toward the water. These stones were observed to run from the monastery's northwest about 110 metres into the sea in a northeasterly direction, then to curve in a concave form toward the west. The measurable total width is about 15 metres. The stones of this breakwater are heavily damaged and scattered about.
