It stands on the northwestern slope of the fortress of Tophisar village, in the Karacabey district, as part of a complex of four buildings. It lies to the northeast of present-day Tophisar village. Of the complex, only a mosque whose minaret base alone survives, a two-room structure, foundation remains identified by villagers as a bathhouse, and the remains of another building of undetermined plan have come down to us. According to endowment records, it belonged to "Fatma Tutu, daughter of Abdullah and wife of Hacı Ali Bey." Fatma Tutu Hanım was probably the wife of Hacı Alaattin Ali Bey, daughter of Yıldırım Bayezid and sister of Eyne Bey.
