Editor's Note
It lies within the Yeşil Çomlu neighbourhood of the Bandırma district of Balıkesir province. The building has no foundation inscription, but the marble at the entrance wall states it was built in the 18th century. The rectangular mosque has rubble-stone and brick walls and a hipped roof; its minaret was damaged in the 1964 Gönen earthquake, so the section above the balcony was rebuilt. The original pulpit, mihrab, entrance door and upper covering have not survived. It was registered by the Balıkesir Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage by decision no. 236 dated 22 February 2018.
