Editor's Note
It lies within the boundaries of Kocaali village, in the Şarköy district of Tekirdağ province. Numerous glazed and unglazed pottery sherds, building bricks, and handle and base fragments from various periods have been found at the site, which is set on a high hill. Source: decision no. 10155, dated 30 April 2024, registering the Koz Tarla settlement on parcel 1, block 129, in the Kocaali neighbourhood, Şarköy district, Tekirdağ province, as a Third-Degree Archaeological Conservation Site.
