It lies within the boundaries of the Kuzulimanı neighbourhood, in the Gökçeada district of Çanakkale province. This rectangular-plan Greek Orthodox chapel, built of stone, is covered by a hipped roof. The surrounding courtyard is enclosed by stone masonry walls. It is well maintained today. It was registered by the Çanakkale Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Property as a Cultural Property Requiring Protection (Group 1) by decision no. 11338, dated 28 July 2024.
