It lies at the Kabalka locality within the boundaries of Zeytinli village, in the Gökçeada district of Çanakkale province. The structure, measuring roughly 3 by 5 metres, has load-bearing walls that are largely sound, while its roof has collapsed. The chapel is said to resemble other rural chapels built by the Greek community of Gökçeada to meet their religious needs. It was registered by the Çanakkale Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Property by decision no. 4608, dated 27 April 2018.
