Editor's Note
It is located at the Meşaluru locality within the boundaries of Tepeköy village in the Gökçeada district of Çanakkale province. The horizontal-style watermill and the adjacent miller's house have survived to the present day intact, complete with their roofs. On one corner of the mill, a Greek inscription carved on stone has been added, bearing what is probably the owner's name and the date 1 October 1913 (?). The building complex is generally in sound condition. It was registered by the Çanakkale Regional Council for the Protection of Cultural Heritage by decision no. 7692 dated 28 March 2022.
