It is located at the Eksipetra locality within the boundaries of Dereköy village in the Gökçeada district of Çanakkale province. The mill, in use until the 1960s, is in ruins today. In his book 'Windmills in the Cultural Heritage of Çanakkale,' Turan Takaoğlu states that the mill belonged to Erotokritos Buniozos, who came here from Ayvalık and married. Built after the population exchange, the mill remained in operation until 1964. It was registered by the Çanakkale Regional Council for the Protection of Cultural Heritage by decision no. 7687 dated 28 March 2022.
