Aşveyishan Han, or Karasu Han, is a small-scale caravanserai located within the boundaries of Karasu village in the Aşkale district of Erzurum, forming part of the east-west trade and military transport network of the Ottoman period. The structure is dated to roughly the late 16th and early 17th century and points to a construction process associated with Ebubekir Agha. Rectangular in plan, the inn displays typical provincial Ottoman inn architecture, with thick rubble-stone walls and a vaulted three-naved arrangement inside.
