This inn lies on the Tercan road, 24 km from the Aşkale district of Erzurum. The inn's inscription has not survived. Nevertheless, its architecture indicates that it was built in the 13th-14th century. Belonging to the group of courtyard-less inns in Anatolia, it has a rectangular plan oriented north-south. The inn has an imposing entrance doorway, with muqarnas set within a rectangular frame. As it has come down to us in a heavily ruined state, its plan cannot be determined with certainty.
