It lies between the villages of Aşağıelmahacılı and Kahya, 200 metres from the village of Aşağıelmahacılı. The bridge over the Eğriöz Stream is about 24 metres long and 4.70 metres wide and is built of yellow cut stone (Yozgat Provincial Museum Directorate). Built with three spans, the bridge has round arches. On the central arch pier on the north face of the bridge there is a column-shaped cutwater. It has been found that the historic bridge has largely lost its authenticity, as a concrete section was later added during road-widening works.
