Editor's Note
The church within the courtyard has a rectangular plan and is built of cut stone. The round-arched narthex at the entrance was later closed off, with a room added on each side. The narthex has three arches; the corner columns are angular and the central ones round. A minaret was later added on top of the bell tower to the south, and the minaret is entered from the outside. The roof edges project slightly outward, with a gabled roof above covered in tiles. The interior has three naves and a vaulted ceiling. The rear façade has a three-part apse. The building was constructed as a church in 1907 and served as a church for many years.
