It lies within the bounds of the Karabekir neighbourhood in the Delice district of Kırıkkale province. The building, which shows the characteristics of 18th- and 19th-century Ottoman mansions, bears the inscription "1938 Maşallah" on the bay window of its front façade. According to information obtained from the owner, the mansion was designed and built in 1938 by a master craftsman from the Western Black Sea region. Today the house belongs to the Karabekir family. It was registered by decision number 4834 dated 27 January 2010.
