This mosque (mescit) is located in the Camiatik district of the Ayas sub-province of Ankara, on parcel 11 of block 114, at the Cay locality, where Emine Tevfika Ayasli Avenue meets Cay Street, in the southwest of the town. The single-storey mosque is square in plan. It is built of dry stone and also has an adjoining plot. Its ceiling and pulpit are of wood, and its roof is triangular. Decision no. 6088 of the Conservation Council, dated 25 October 2018.
