Editor's Note
The mosque in Sinanli Village was built in 1547 by El Hac Sinan bin Haci Osman. Rectangular in plan, it is divided into five aisles by wooden pillars set perpendicular to the mihrab wall. The high-walled building is covered by a hipped roof. Some traces indicate that the mosque originally had an earthen roof. A wooden gallery covers the entire northern section. Its mihrab has been repaired and has lost its original character.
