It is located on Alanlar Street within the Dumlupınar neighbourhood of Karesi district, Balıkesir province. Built on a rectangular plan of cut and rubble stone, the fountain has a round arch. It bears no inscription. It was registered as a Cultural Asset Requiring Protection (group 1) by decision no. 1703 of the Directorate of the Balıkesir Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage, dated 28 November 2019.
