Birytis (also Biritis or Berytis) was a town in the ancient Troad. Its site lies about 3 km north of the village of Akköy in the Ezine district of Çanakkale, at a place called Adatepe. Silver and bronze coins struck with the legend 'BIRY' and dated to the 4th and 3rd centuries BCE are attributed to the town.
