It is located at the Paşaaşdı Sırtı locality within the bounds of Çınarlı village in the central district of Çanakkale province. Around the water channel, which uses an opus caementicium bonding mortar, fragments of water pipes known as fistula can also be seen. Along the route of the ancient water line there are abundant ceramic remains and pithos fragments datable to the Late Roman-Early Byzantine periods.
