Editor's Note
It is located within the bounds of Çınarlı village in the central district of Çanakkale province. It was commissioned during the Çanakkale (Gallipoli) battles by Cevat Çobanlı Pasha, commander of the fortified zone. Standing in the village square, this single-storey school building of stone masonry is a local example of the Neoclassical style that left its mark on the final period of the Ottoman Empire. It was registered by the Çanakkale Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Property by decision no. 9756 dated 28.02.2024.
