It is located at the Mal Yeri Tepe locality within the bounds of Civlar village in the central district of Çanakkale province. During the cutting of the gravel road that runs through the middle of the area, painted and unpainted roof tiles are encountered in great abundance. During the 2016 "Surface Survey of the Central District of Çanakkale Province from the Neolithic Age to the End of the Iron Age," led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Derya Yılmaz, the plans of the walls in the area were drawn up. The earliest ceramics in the area are Aeolian grey wares.
