It lies within the village of Koçali in the Ezine district of Çanakkale province. It is a single-faced, single-spouted street fountain. It has an ogee arch carved from a single block of stone. According to the inventory report, it was built in the 19th century. It was registered by the Çanakkale Regional Council for the Protection of Cultural Heritage by decision no. 5981, dated 30 January 2020.
