It is located within the Kucukafsar village of the Delice district of Kirsehir province. Set within a family cemetery, the tomb has a decagonal plan and is built of dressed stone. From the three-line inscription above its entrance, it is understood that the tomb was built in 1056 AH (1646 CE). Inside the tomb, the unmarked grave thought to belong to Seyit Seyh Mustafa was repaired in reinforced concrete during work carried out in the 2000s. In the same repair, the area around the tomb and the joint fills were also patched with reinforced concrete.
