Editor's Note
It is located within the Dikmen village of the Balisheyh district of Kirikkale province. The Ottoman-Turkish inscription above the arched doorway of this rectangular-plan, cut-stone mosque with a hipped roof and an adjoining cemetery reads: "The patron of good works and charity, Develizade el-Hac Ibrahim Aga, 1313 (1897 CE)." A minaret added in 1965 stands at the mosque's northwest corner. It remains open for worship today.
