The mosque is located in the Osmankoy neighborhood of the Nallihan district of Ankara province, on parcel 1 of land registry block 249, in the Koyici area at the village center. The rectangular-plan mosque has a hipped roof. Its minaret stands at the mosque's northwest corner. The roof is covered with Marseille tiles, and the walls are plastered adobe. The mosque was registered as conservation group "1" by decision no. 4452 of the Ankara Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Property, dated May 16, 2024.
