This is a three-story historic apartment building constructed in 1927. Now used by a commercial business, it stands within an urban conservation area. According to local sources, it was the tallest building in the city when it was built, and during his visit to Eskisehir, Ataturk addressed the public from this building's balcony. Located at the corner of Hamamyolu Street and Banka Street, the building has a lively facade adorned with simple decorations typical of its era. The date 1927 can be read on its pediment.
