Editor's Note
It was founded in 1927 by Husnu Efendi, of Skopje origin. Beginning with the sale of salep, the establishment grew with the brothers Fazli and Mazlum, who came from Macedonia and joined it, and in 1931 it began making desserts and milk puddings. After the milk-pudding shop, which served in the Koprubasi quarter from 1927 to 1977, had closed, it returned to business in 2001 in the restored historic Haller Youth Center.
