Sırhoca Türbesi

Editor's Note

According to tradition, Sirhoca lived between 1210 and 1280, was a confidant of Ertugrul Gazi and served as his scribe. The tomb, on a commanding hill in Sirhoca Village, was built in the 2000s. Before that it was no more than a grave site. Although the tomb has no qualities of a cultural asset, Sirhoca's grave was registered in 2019 as second-degree because he is an important figure in terms of folklore and cultural values.
