A historic mosque in the town of Kursunlu. It bears no inscription; although it is recorded under this name in the archives of the General Directorate of Foundations, local people know it as the Imaret Mosque. It has also been referred to as the Upper Mosque or the Yildirim Mosque. The mosque is listed in the 939 AH (1533) endowment deed of Hanzade Hancerli Fatma Sultan. Running north to south, it consists of an entrance and the main prayer hall, together with side rooms adjoining the entrance to the east and west. The prayer hall has a square plan and is covered by a dome carried on pendentives.
