Editor's Note
Located within the Sultaniye neighbourhood of the Susurluk district of Balıkesir province. The plot it stands on contains 16 staff housing buildings no longer in use today. The structure is thought to have been built in the first half of the 20th century. Rectangular in plan and built of stone, it has a gable roof. It was registered as a Cultural Asset Requiring Protection (Group 2) by decision no. 1664 of the Balıkesir Regional Board for the Protection of Cultural Heritage, dated 27 November 2019.
