The mosque, whose history goes back to the first half of the 15th century, was built by Oruç Bey, one of the Ottoman viziers. Source: Decision no. 17 dated 27 October 2017 concerning the registration of the mosque on plot 2 of block 76 in Camiatik neighbourhood, Kepsut district, Balıkesir province.
