Editor's Note
Located within the Ilıcaboğazı neighbourhood of the Susurluk district of Balıkesir province. The bridge, with seven round-arched spans built of brick, cut stone and rubble stone, has one of its spans collapsed, and its surroundings and surface have filled with earth. There is no inscription or decorative element on the bridge. It is thought to date to the Ottoman period. It was registered as a Cultural Asset Requiring Protection (Group 1) by decision no. 2706 of the Balıkesir Regional Directorate for the Protection of Cultural Heritage, dated 24 March 2021.
