Editor's Note
Located within the village of Karaköy in the Bayramiç district of Çanakkale province. The site contains examples of gravestones from various periods, ranging from early times to the Republican era. The only gravestone datable to the Ottoman period is the headstone of Ayşe Hatun, wife of Süleyman Ağa, dated 28 Receb AH 1328 (5 August 1910). It was registered as a Cultural Asset Requiring Protection (Group 1) by decision no. 11573 of the Çanakkale Regional Directorate for the Protection of Cultural Heritage, dated 30 September 2025.
