Editor's Note
It is located within the boundaries of Calti village in the Ayvacik district of Canakkale province. In this area, where burials still take place today and where most of the Ottoman-era graves are thought to have been destroyed or buried underground, one inscribed headstone with a turban-style finial bears a date read as 1759 (?). It was registered by the Canakkale Directorate of the Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage by decision no. 6421 dated 30.09.2020.
