It is located within the boundaries of the Kucuksapci neighborhood in the Havran district of Balikesir province. Most of this rectangular-plan fountain, built of cut stone, remains embedded within a wall. Engaged colonnettes flank the edges of its facade, and seven relief medallion motifs sit above the pointed-arch niche at its center. Behind the fountain is a washhouse space. According to the inventory report, it dates to the Late Ottoman period. It was registered by the Balikesir Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage by decision no. 1271 dated 26.04.2019.
