Editor's Note
A metal plaque above the prayer hall door bears the date 1876 in modern Turkish. An inscription on the fountain facing the south facade of the mosque indicates that the fountain was built in AH 1296 (1878-79). The building is dated to the 19th century. The mosque has a rectangular plan with two naves running perpendicular to the mihrab. Its flat wooden ceiling on the interior is covered by a hipped roof on the outside.
