Editor's Note
The mosque has no construction inscription. However, above the entrance to the portico is written in Turkish 'Bahçe Quarter Mosque 1251.' According to the inscription on a fountain about 10 m away on the side facing the mosque's eastern facade, it was commissioned in 1898-99 by Hacı Ebubekir Şakir Efendi. It is understood that the building may have been constructed in the 19th century. The mosque has a rectangular plan with two aisles perpendicular to the mihrab.
