It lies within the boundaries of Bağlarpınarı village, formerly known as Temran. The inscription on the two-spouted fountain, commissioned by Ahmet Bey, son of İbrahim Bey, lord of Kiğı, is too worn to read. Villagers say it was moved from its original spot to its present location.
