It lies within the boundaries of the Taylıeli neighbourhood of the Burhaniye district of Balıkesir province. The well, circular in plan with its surround arranged in limestone blocks and capped with a block stone, was built of rubble stone. It is thought to date to the Roman period. It was registered by the Balıkesir Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage by decision no. 1002, dated 24.01.2019.
