The founder of this noble mosque is Mehmet Efendi, son of the Albanian's son, of the village of Pelit, and... in Burhaniye, Hacı İbrahim Ethem Efendi of the Serdarzade Hasan Ağa line. O brethren of the faith, may those who come to perform the obligatory prayer, who recite a noble İhlas and a noble Fatiha for my humble soul and offer it as a gift, be honoured in the presence of Almighty God and granted a share of our Prophet's great intercession. Amen. AH 1323-1325.
